EXCLUSIVE RANCH ACCESS
Arrival on Thursday and departure on Sunday. Accommodations for up to 26 guests in The Lodge, Outlaw Cabin, Grand Wyoming Alaknak, and Outfitter Tent.
WEDDING VENUE
Exchange your vows surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Choose from panoramic views of Warm Springs Canyon, the Absaroka Mountain Range, Ramshorn Peak, or the wrap-around Veranda.
REHEARSAL & RECEPTION VENUE
Event setup, table and chair rental, linen rental, portable sanitation rentals, site clean-up, and staff.

CATERING SERVICES
Rehearsal & Reception prices are customized for each event according to menu selections and the number of guests.
ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES
Guided activities are available to all guests and are booked separately. Special pricing and more flexible activity times are available for guests staying at the property.
TRANSPORTATION
Closest airports are Jackson Hole at 73 miles, or Riverton at 82 miles.

$150 per hour/$1500 minimum (private chef+2 staff) Max Group Size: 20
Staff gratuity and grocery items charged separately, along with additional wait staff and travel expenses as necessary.
EVENT CATERING
$2500 Per Day Minimum Catering Cost/Max Group Size: 250
Each event is priced according to menu selections, number of guests in attendance, additional services/amenities required.

CATERING SERVICE FEE & SALES TAX
23% service fee covers staff gratuity, fuel, travel, and delivery. Wyoming sales tax applies/non-profit entities must provide exemption form.
