Pre-Trip Checklist

We want you to have the best time on your backcountry ski tour, and that requires a little bit of preparation on your part. Below are some things you will need in order to spend time out on the trail:

  • Refund Policy

    Clients who cancel their reservation more than ten days prior to the scheduled start date of their reservation will receive a full refund. Clients who cancel ten or fewer days prior to the scheduled start date of their reservation will not receive a refund.

  • Rescheduling

    Contact us by phone or email at least 72-hours PRIOR to your scheduled departure. We check emails and listen to voicemail every day. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee availability. Reservations can ONLY be rescheduled once.   • Gratuity

    Gratuity should be paid directly to one’s guide at the end of the trip. While tipping is not mandatory, it is customary and at the client’s discretion. A standard tip runs anywhere from 10% of the total ride price to 20%, or whatever the client feels to be a fair amount. If there happen to be two guides on your ride, they will split the tip.

Said Creek Outfitters & Outfitting Adventures is operated under special use permit with the Shoshone National Forest, Bureau of Land Management, and Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments.
