Arcady Ridge Ranch & Said Creek Outfitters

Meet Our Staff

Traci McClintic

Executive Chef
Managing Partner

From high-altitude elk country to the vintage charm of Airstream adventures, Traci McClintic lives at the crossroads of rugged tradition and creative hospitality. At Arcady Ridge Ranch, she has crafted more than a getaway — she has built a living storybook where snowmobilers, cowboys, adventurers, and dreamers gather. She blends outdoor grit with a touch of poetry — designing chuckwagon dinners, taming mustangs, and protecting wild spaces with the same care she shows her guests. Traci is equal parts outfitter, host, trailblazer, and storyteller — keeping Wyoming’s wild heart alive while inviting others to write themselves into its next chapter.

Joe Hargrave

Outfitter #BG244
Managing Partner

Joe Hargrave would rather be in the saddle than behind a desk any day of the week. Raised on a working horse farm in Iowa, he realized early on that he was drawn to the rugged landscape and wide open spaces of the West. As co-owner of Said Creek Outfitters and Arcady Ridge Ranch, Joe spends his time where he feels most at home—deep in the mountains, guiding hunts, packing into high country camps, or scouting new ground for the next adventure. Years ago, he picked up a the nickname, “Smilin’ Joe,” which is indicative of his easy going nature, and subtle sense of humor.

The Joe Show..unscripted as always.

Drifting along like a tumbling tumble weed!

Judy Beebe

Lodge Manager
Hospitality & Guest Services

Judy has lived in Dubois for over 50 years.  She is a genuine original and we are so lucky that she has taken on the work of caring for the lodge AND our family.  In fact, she takes care of each and every one of us working up here at Arcady Ridge Ranch and rolls up her sleeves to lend a hand whenever needed.  She worked for the local ambulance crew for a number of years, and her awareness and abilities in this area are valuable skills to have around.  She has an incredible eye for detail and looks straight on at the things that many of us often look past.  She shines her love light wherever she goes and pays attention to the whole show, including which of us she thinks needs a cup of tea or coffee for an afternoon pick me up. Her three year plan for the business is in depth and we have trouble keeping up with her ambition.  Baby steps Judy, baby steps!

Erica Burnett

Farm to Table Manager
Catered Events

Erica Burnette’s story starts on the back of a horse, deep in the the Pocono Mountains. Raised on a dude ranch, she grew up with reins in her hands, a rifle on her shoulder, and the steady rhythm of ranch work shaping her days. She learned young how to guide strangers into adventure, compete in archery events — and how to make a life out of wild places. The West called to her early, first at Northern Arizona University and later through her studies in biology at Portland State. But the pull of home brought her back to PA to run her family’s ranch until its sale in 2010. She traded saddles for classrooms for a time, spending a decade as an early childhood teacher, before her own growing family set out to chase the open road. That road led them here, to the Wind River Valley.  Erica throws herself into every kind of ranch work. She manages the ranch’s greenhouse and chicken flock — and has even won over a wild covey of Dusty Grouse that follow her through the trees like she’s one of their own.

Forged by ranch life, called by the West!

Erin Doherty

Star of Buckaroo Hour
Internship 2025: Riding, Fishing, UTV Guide

Erin Dorghty didn’t grow up around horses—but you’d never know it now. Her first ride in 2023 was less “Yeehaw” and more “Help,” but instead of running the other direction, Erin tackled her nerves with curiosity, courage, and a brush in hand. What started with cautious steps quickly turned into hundreds of volunteer hours, making her our self-appointed (and undisputed) Head Horse Petter—a title earned through pure LOVE and a whole lot of mane detangler. Erin brings a loud laugh, a big heart, and a youthful fascination with ranch life to everything she does. A mother of three with a goofy, infectious spirit, she’s become part of the ranch family in the most Erin way possible: with sparkles, horse treats in her pockets, and enough salon-quality makeover material to start an equine glam squad. Whether it’s designing flower crowns for the horses or cracking jokes that get the whole crew laughing, she’s here for the magic. Erin’s boundless energy and gift for making kids feel seen and safe helped inspire Buckaroo Hour, our horse experience built just for the littlest wranglers.

100% not the quiet type!

Krystal McNamee

Summer 2025 Internship: Fishing, Riding & UTV Guide
Ranch Photographer

Though Krystal McNamee has called Dubois home for years, 2025 marks her first season stepping into the world of outfitting, in our riding/fishing/utv guide internship position. With a background in photography, social media, and digital platforms, Krystal brings a creative edge to camp life, capturing the beauty, grit, and humor of ranch days with a practiced eye and a fresh perspective. She’s no stranger to horses or hard work, and her people skills shine just as bright as her sunny outlook. Krystal is also a key part of her partner’s fishing gear business, Big Bobbers, where she’s helps reel in customers and build a brand. Now, she’s taking that same energy into a new arena, cultivating her marketing skills while exploring the possibility of guiding as a future career. She’s happiest under the open sky and not afraid to get a little mud on her boots, which makes ranch life a perfect fit. Krystal’s enthusiasm, adaptability, and willingness to dive into something new make her an invaluable addition to the crew.

You name it, I got it!
