LODGING & DESTINATION WEDDING VENUE

Come for a week with 8-14 of your family and closest  friends and enjoy all that our beautiful location, overlooking the Wind River Valley, has to offer. Arrive Monday at 4 PM and depart the following Sunday between 10 am and 4 pm depending on your needs.

Wedding Package includes private access to Arcady Ridge Ranch, a 6 night stay for up to 14 of your closest family and friends, an outdoor venue for the rehearsal dinner for up to 75 on Friday evening and an outdoor ceremony venue for 125 guests on Saturday, as well as the option to host a farewell brunch on Sunday.

Additional activities: horseback riding, fly fishing, and ATV/UTV rentals can be arranged a la carte prior to arrival, and depart directly from the ranch. We have partnered with a number of local vendors to offer our brides and grooms access to amenities such as massage, mobile coffee cart, wedding planning, heart opening yoga, white water rafting, etc.

Pricing is dependent on number of nights you plan to stay, which events you would like to host here at the ranch, and the number of guests attending.

Minimum Venue Fee (in addition to nightly lodging fee): $1000 

Catering services available upon request and priced accordingly.

ELOPEMENT PACKAGES & LODGING

You’re ready to tie the knot, but you’re looking for a unique way to celebrate your marriage. The traditional wedding is out of the question and Vegas isn’t really your thing. You want wide open spaces, the magic of the wilderness, and just a few gorgeous details to make it extra special. Whether you’re getting married, celebrating a big anniversary, or renewing your vows, our elopement packages are perfect for the adventurous couple who want to make the most of an extraordinary day.

You and your sweetheart will saddle up and ride up to the special wedding ceremony site. Choose from the Canyon View, Badlands Desert, or Mountain Lake sites. There you’ll exchange your vows with the help of a cowboy officiant, pop the champagne, eat your wedding cake, while the photographer captures all of the magic.

Elopement Package Includes:
The wedding party can be up to 6 of your closest: The Bride & Groom of course! 1 Officiant. 2 Witnesses. 1 Photographer
We provide beautiful riding horses,  champagne, cake, a day in the Wyoming Wilderness. Elopements includes 3 day stay and 2 nights lodging for 8-14 special guests.
